Thank goodness for Toronto Income Properties! After hunting around for a while to find a good investment property to purchase and having no luck, A friend referred us to Robert and within a day, he had several great listings to show us. He really listened and understood what we were looking for, but moreover he made the whole process less stressful and seamless. He took care of everything including advising us on some renovations and securing triple a tenants. He was with us from start to finish and continued to follow up with us even after we moved in to make sure we were happy. The relationship didn’t end just because the deal had closed.
